In some cases, we are seeing that purchased license keys are not getting properly delivered after the purchase is made. Sometimes, they end up in the spam folder and other times, they just do not get delivered and need to be resent. Some users may also make a mistake in entering the wrong email address during purchase, which prevents a proper order delivery.
