Unlimited Supertonic generation is available under the following conditions. If unlimited generation isn't working, please first check your usage environment and plan.
- Use the desktop app: Unlimited Supertonic generation is supported only in the Play desktop app. On the web, the monthly usage limit for your plan applies.
- Available on Starter and above: Unlimited generation is provided from the Starter plan; it is not supported on the Free plan.
- Starter & Creator: first month only: The Starter and Creator plans provide unlimited Supertonic generation for the first month of the subscription only. After the first month, the monthly usage limit applies.
- Pro: always unlimited: The Pro plan can generate Supertonic (and Supertonic 3) without limit at all times.
So, if unlimited generation isn't working, please check: (1) whether you tried it in the desktop app rather than on the web, (2) whether your current plan is Starter or above, and (3) for Starter/Creator, whether the first month of your subscription has passed. To keep using unlimited generation after the first month on Starter or Creator, we recommend the Pro plan.

FAQ: I heard Supertonic is free (unlimited) — why are credits deducted?
"Unlimited Supertonic generation" is a benefit for the number of generations in the desktop app (Starter and above for the first month, Pro at all times), and it is separate from credits. Web generation, by contrast, consumes credits each time you generate — including Free and trial use. So even with "unlimited," generating on the web deducts credits; to generate without consuming credits, please use the desktop app on the applicable plan (Starter first month or Pro).
