Due to the neural network model used in Supertone Clear, it requires more CPU resources than typical plug-ins, which can cause audio-dropouts. We recommend setting the audio buffer-size to 1024 or better 2048 samples to prevent these issues. However, most modern machines should also handle all plugins with shorter buffer sizes down to 256 – even if multiple instances are loaded.
One possible solution may be Clear's "Eco Mode" that uses a model that is less CPU-intensive, although it is still heavier than most traditional DSP-based plug-ins. Please check out the Eco Mode in our manual for Supertone Clear.
