This issue has been resolved in the latest version of Clear.
If you're using MacOS,
A. Find a folder with the following contents /Library/Application Support/Supertone/Clear/userinfo. B. Open the /Library/Application Support/Supertone folder in the Finder and add read-write permissions with "apply changes to enclosed items".
C. Upload the activation file(ex:thomas_su.clearlicense) through the plugin
D. The activation will not reset anymore and the userinfo file will now contain the contents of this activation file.
